The Project

The client partnered with us to build a centralized, credit-based loyalty platform that allows organizations to distribute rewards, employees to track and redeem credits, and admins to oversee system activity and analytics.

To ensure secure and structured credit management, we implemented a 5-layer role system:

  • Admin – Manages the full platform and reporting
  • Approver – Reviews and approves credit requests
  • Verifier – Validates data entries
  • Inputter – Inputs credit information
  • Employee – Views and redeems credits

Before the system was implemented, the organization faced several hurdles:
